Odd, isn't it, how much J.B. Dane looks like Beth Henderson? Could it be that they are
one and the same?

Ah, can't pull anything over on you, can we?  There are times when one wants to write
something different, something that readers who enjoy one kind of book might not enjoy,
shall we say, quite as much as stories they did like. And so a change of "cap" is
necessary. And this "cap" is reserved for comedic short stories and mysteries.
J. B. Dane is the author of  "Getting Rid of Murray", a comedic short story featured in the Fall/Winter
2006 issue of Great Mystery and Suspense Magazine. Unfortunately, the magazine has since closed up
shop. However, there are still other short stories to come. For instance, "The Dragon's Tale" in the
forthcoming anthology Mother Goose is Dead from Dragon Moon Press. Publication is sometime in 2009.
More details when they are available.

"J.B." holds a bachelors in History from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a masters in Composition
and Rhetoric from Wright State University.  In another "life" she was a  jewelry department manager for
JCPenney, and for thirteen years taught college level composition at two community colleges in Ohio, as
well as a course in how to write novel length popular fiction. In fact, three of her former students are now
published.

Whether as J.B. Dane or Beth Henderson, she is a member of Sisters in Crime, Romance Writers of
America, and a founding member of the Gallimaufry Writers Group. Visit the Gallimaufry website to see
